No account needed

  • Guest preview mode. Every lesson, the library, and all practice tools work without signing up. No sign-up required, and sign-up is currently disabled.

Acceptable use

  • Don't scrape, attack, or abuse the service. One human per user.

Content

  • We don't claim official CEFR, IELTS, or TOEFL certification. Certificates shown are internal only.

Intellectual property

  • All lessons, library content, design, and code are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission. You keep any content you submit (feedback, comments) and grant us a non-exclusive license to display it.
  • In plain English: our stuff is ours, your stuff stays yours — you just let us show what you send us on this free MVP test.

Disclaimer

  • Provided "as-is", no guarantees, no warranty.

Limitation of liability

  • Evora is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (currently $0).
  • In plain English: this is a free MVP test, so we cannot promise it will be perfect or pay for losses if something goes wrong.

Termination

  • You can stop using the site any time. We can change or shut down the service with notice. On termination, your right to use the service ends, but sections about liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive.
  • In plain English: you can leave anytime; we can also end this free MVP test with notice.

Governing law and jurisdiction

  • Governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes in US courts unless local law gives you stronger rights.
  • In plain English: US law applies, but if your country guarantees you extra consumer rights, those still apply to you.

Indemnification

  • You indemnify us from claims arising from misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
  • In plain English: if you misuse the site and it causes us legal trouble, you cover the cost.

Severability

  • Continued use after changes means acceptance.
